German court upholds deportation of Heilbronn killer

The Administrative Court of Baden-Württemberg has upheld the decision to deport a 23-year-old Turkish citizen known as the ‘Wollhaus-Raser’. The ruling confirms an expulsion order and an eight-year ban on re-entering Germany or the European Union.

The individual was previously convicted by the Heilbronn Regional Court of murder and three counts of attempted murder following a high-speed collision in February 2023. During the incident in Heilbronn, the driver traveled at approximately 100 km/h in a 40 km/h zone, crashing into a family vehicle. The father died at the scene, while the mother and two children were injured.

Despite arguments that he had spent his entire life in Germany, the court rejected his appeal, maintaining that he remains a danger to the public. The deportation is scheduled to take place once he has served half of his nine-year juvenile sentence.
