German diesel and E10 fuel prices fall below €2 ahead of Pentecost

Diesel and the gasoline blend E10 in Germany have dropped to under €2 per litre, the lowest levels since early March. The price decline comes as a travel wave is expected before the Pentecost holidays, making fueling slightly cheaper for motorists.

Despite the domestic dip, fuel prices in some neighboring countries remain lower, indicating that the German market is still relatively high compared with certain foreign stations.
