German economic regions showcase investment potential at EXPO REAL

German economic regions Osnabrück and Solingen utilized the EXPO REAL real estate and investment trade fair in Munich to showcase their regional development potential and investment opportunities.

In Osnabrück, economic development agencies WFO and WIGOS presented current projects to international investors and developers. The delegation, which included Lower Saxony's Minister for Economic Affairs, Transport, and Building Grant Hendrik Tonne, highlighted the region's diverse industries and competitive advantages.

Solingen. Business, in cooperation with the Bergische Struktur- und Wirtschaftsförderungsgesellschaft and the state of North Rhine-Westphalia, presented commercial real estate and development projects. The initiative aimed to deepen existing contacts and secure new partners for future urban and economic development projects.
