German Edge Cloud Showcases Information‑Security Commitment with TISAX Participation

German Edge Cloud (GEC) announced its participation in the Trusted Information Security Assessment Exchange (TISAX) to underline its focus on information security for the automotive sector. The company highlighted the strategic importance of secure production data as the foundation for data ecosystems such as Catena‑X and Factory‑X and for Industrial AI applications.

The TISAX assessment, conducted by an accredited provider under the ENX Association on behalf of the VDA, evaluates confidentiality, availability and integrity of information. CEO Dieter Meuser said that trusted, structured, sovereign data are essential for the next stage of the connected automotive industry and enable the ONCITE platform to create an industrial data context for AI‑driven use cases.
