German Federal Police deny entry to two individuals at Waidhaus border

The German Federal Police (Bundespolizei) denied entry to two individuals during border controls on the A6 motorway near Waidhaus.

A 40-year-old Tunisian national, traveling on an international bus route from Krakow to Montpellier, was stopped while entering from the Czech Republic. Although he possessed a valid passport, his residence permit had expired, and he could not provide further documentation. Authorities initiated an investigation and arranged for his deportation to Tunisia via Frankfurt am Main.

In a separate incident, a 24-year-old Vietnamese citizen attempting to enter Germany from the Czech Republic on a bus route from Prague to Paris was also denied entry.
