The logistics company An Wa Transporte GmbH, based in Taunusstein, had insolvency proceedings opened by the Amtsgericht Wiesbaden on 22 June 2026 (case 10 IN 132/26). The cardboard manufacturer Frischfaser Karton GmbH of Baiersbronn was placed under provisional insolvency by the Amtsgericht Rottweil on 23 June 2026. Lawyer Dr Jan Markus Plath was named provisional insolvency administrator and expert, tasked with securing assets, assessing insolvency grounds and evaluating continuation prospects. The company’s management may no longer dispose of bank accounts or receivables without the administrator’s consent.
