German firms grapple with scaling enterprise AI agents
Enterprise AI agents are being adopted rapidly by German companies, but many face organizational limits in scaling and managing them. Bastian Emondts, Principal and Head of App Innovation at Campana & Schott, notes that “the real challenge begins not with the first agent, but with the hundred or thousand that follow,” as enterprises shift from isolated pilots to large portfolios of use cases, straining IT governance, integration and operational capacity.
To address the need for practical AI‑enablement, ADN has expanded its academy with new workshops, masterclasses and consulting formats that guide partners and corporate clients from selecting concrete AI‑agent use cases to deploying productive solutions. Oliver Opgenoorth, Head of Sales Academy & Professional Service at ADN, says “many companies have been dealing with AI for years but still don’t know where the technology creates the biggest value,” prompting the academy’s focus on hands‑on implementation rather than theory.
