German football clubs kick off pre‑season and expand women’s teams

The Baggerseepiraten will begin their 3. Liga preparation on Friday, 3 July, as part of the league’s pre‑season schedule in Germany.

Karlsruher SC’s second‑division side recorded a 28‑0 victory over FC Germania Untergrombach in a friendly match, with new signings Noel Eichinger and Shio Fukuda each scoring five goals before halftime and several other recent arrivals adding to the tally.

Stuttgarter Kickers have taken over the women’s and girls’ football sections of FSV Waldebene Ost, assuming the clubs’ playing rights after approval from the relevant associations. The women’s teams and U‑17 junior side will continue to train and play at the Waldebene Ost location.
