German football clubs launch pre-season events: Twin Games demo in Lindlar and TuS Koblenz test matches

Around 100 youth football trainers attended a demonstrational training session for the new D‑Junior "Twin Games" format in Lindlar, organized by the Kreisjugendausschuss Berg. Supported by coaches Hubert Moog, Sinan Ataoglu and Leon Habernickel, the event showcased the new play model and received positive feedback, with several clubs expressing interest in fielding a pilot team for the 2026/27 season.

TuS Koblenz announced eight summer‑preparation matches ahead of the 2026/27 campaign. The first fixture, a cup game on 20 June in Neuendorf against SC Italia 1965, is followed by test matches against the U21 side of 1. FC Köln, third‑division Fortuna Köln, Sportfreunde Siegen, Borussia Mönchengladbach U23 and Hessenliga side FC Gießen. Additional games are planned for club‑jubilé events with SG Rheinhöhen, SG Hundsangen and SG Nauort. A summer festival for the DKF and TuS Koblenz is scheduled for 25 July.
