German government releases 2025 crime statistics by nationality after AfD request

Following a parliamentary inquiry by the AfD, the German federal government published detailed tables from the 2025 Police Crime Statistics. The data break down victims and suspects of violent crime, homicide, serious sexual offences, dangerous bodily injury and robbery by the suspects' citizenship, separating German and non‑German nationals and further listing groups such as Afghans, Syrians, Turks, Iraqis, Romanians, Moroccans, Tunisians and Ukrainians.

The figures show that in incidents with at least one German suspect, 97,064 German victims and 24,394 non‑German victims were recorded. In cases with at least one non‑German suspect, 42,684 German victims and 52,083 non‑German victims were documented. AfD MP Christopher Drößler described the findings as evidence of a “threatening reality of migrant crime” and called for “remigration” as the only reasonable solution.
