German grill recipes showcase pork tenderloin and lamb straccetti

Two German‑language recipes provide detailed instructions for grilling premium cuts of meat. The pork tenderloin (Schweinelende) is described as the most tender pork cut, marinated with a rub and olive oil, grilled first over direct heat for 60–90 seconds per side and then finished in an indirect zone until the internal temperature reaches 57–60 °C. After resting, it is sliced and served with suggested sides such as potatoes, rice, asparagus or mushrooms.

The lamb straccetti recipe uses half of a lamb rack, sliced thin, quickly pan‑seared with garlic, capers and lemon zest, then tossed with a vinaigrette made from lemon juice, balsamic vinegar, honey and olive oil. The finished meat is served on a bed of arugula and cocktail tomatoes, finished with shaved Parmesan. Both dishes are portioned for two servings and are presented as fast, flavorful options for warm weather grilling or stovetop cooking.
