German handball clubs win pre-season test matches

German handball clubs SC DHfK Leipzig and Bergischer HC secured victories in recent pre-season test matches.

SC DHfK Leipzig defeated HSC 2000 Coburg with a final score of 34:29. Despite a close first half of 15:16, the Leipzig team established a significant lead in the second half. Staffan Peter was the top scorer for Leipzig with nine goals. The team is scheduled to face ORLEN Wisła Płock in their final preparation match.

Bergischer HC won a test match against the South Korean national team with a score of 39:34. The match, held in Radevormwald before 550 spectators, saw the South Korean side provide a challenge through their fast-paced play. BHC coach Markus Pütz noted that while the team achieved some objectives, there was room for improvement regarding clinical finishing and efficiency during power plays.
