AB Arvika-Verken agricultural machinery archives

Historical archives detail the production and technical specifications of mid-20th-century agricultural machinery from AB Arvika-Verken. The documentation includes information on the Viking and Thermaenius brand names used for their harvesting equipment.

Specific models include the ST67, a self-propelled combine produced in the mid-1950s featuring a 52 HP motor and a 2.1 m cutting width. Additionally, the BT45 and BT66 models were offered as trailed combines, utilizing a power take-off drive with capacities ranging from 30 to 40 HP.

These machines utilized a straight-through principle where the threshing mechanism was approximately as wide as the cutter bar. They featured cloth conveyors for crop intake and a flat shaker for grain separation.
