German historical archives release military and regional documentation

Historical archives have released documentation regarding regional German history, including a portrait of Friedrich Wilhelm Lenz from May 1939. Lenz, a young Luftwaffe soldier, was photographed in Goslar, a location that served as a Luftwaffe airbase starting in 1935.

Additionally, archival records from the Mark Brandenburg Regional History Association feature historical imagery of Jahnsfelde near Müncheberg. The collection includes depictions of the 'Gasthof zu den drei Regenbogen', a local manor house, and a war memorial adorned with wreaths.
