German ice hockey clubs expand coaching and athletic staffs
German ice hockey clubs Eispiraten Crimmitschau and KSW IceFighters Leipzig have announced additions to their respective coaching and athletic staffs.
Eispiraten Crimmitschau is expanding its staff for the 2026/27 season. Fabian Dahlem returns to the club as a goalie and athletics trainer, focusing on prevention, regeneration, and individual work with the goaltender trio. Sebastian Becker will continue to support the team by handling video analysis and game editing to assist head coach Jussi Tuores and assistant coach Esbjörn Hofverberg.
KSW IceFighters Leipzig has appointed Ludwig Anders as an athletics trainer. Anders, who has experience in professional handball, basketball, and football, will be supported by Rudolf Schmunk. The duo will focus on athletics, fitness, and performance diagnostics, having already implemented summer training plans for the players.
