German junior girls soccer teams win tournament medals and secure league promotion

The JSG Schifferstadt/Waldsee junior girls squads performed strongly at the SC Olympia hall tournament in Neulußheim on 1 February 2026. The C‑Junior team earned silver after a 1‑2 loss in a penalty shoot‑out, while the D‑Junior team topped the competition unbeaten, scoring 11 goals without reply and clinching the title.

In a separate qualification series, the SG‑Mädels junior side advanced through the first round of the Landesliga promotion playoffs. After narrow victories and close finishes against MTG Wangen, TV Nellingen and SG BBM Bietigheim, a decisive 9‑8 goal in the final match secured the team a second‑place finish and qualification for the next stage.

Both clubs highlighted key players who contributed goals and defensive strength throughout the matches, underscoring a successful season for German junior girls football.
