Various library institutions in Germany have announced upcoming programs and facility updates.

In Bremen, the library team will host a pop-up booth in the Mensa from September 14 to September 25, 2026. The initiative allows students to renew or obtain library cards and receive research assistance. Additionally, construction updates for a new gallery are underway, featuring a new group room near the language center, a new lounge platform, and improved soundproofing for small-group areas.

The Central Library in Düsseldorf has scheduled several events for the week of September 21 to September 27, 2026. These include a career counseling session for youth and parents in cooperation with the Federal Employment Agency, a music production workshop focused on Logic Pro, and a reading and discussion with author Frank Schablewski regarding his work ‘Der doppelte Mond’.
