German municipal councils announce upcoming administrative sessions

Separately, the Rhein-Kreis Neuss district council has scheduled its 13th session for December 13, 2023, in Grevenbroich. Key agenda items include the 2024 budget draft, waste management fees, and the adoption of an integrated climate protection concept. The session will also address social assistant educational programs, the relocation of the Theodor-Schwann-Kolleg, and a proposal regarding payment cards for refugees.
