German municipalities approve new local planning and administrative measures

The municipal councils of Seybothenreuth and Wenzenbach have passed several local administrative and planning resolutions.

In Seybothenreuth, the council approved a full-day childcare concept for local schools and daycare facilities. The council also decided to establish an official WhatsApp channel to serve as a digital information tool for citizens, though legally binding announcements will continue to be made through official channels and the municipal website. Regarding regional planning, the council expressed no objections to the Weidenberg development plan for the 'Lehen Nr. 3' commercial area on the B22, while emphasizing the need for traffic safety and maintaining previous stances on bicycle path connections.

In Wenzenbach, the municipal council officially adopted the 'Jägerweg II' development and green space plan as a statute. This decision follows a period of public participation and the weighing of objections, effectively bringing the new development plan into force.
