German music festivals Rockharz and Deichbrand launch 2026 line‑ups
The Rockharz festival is scheduled for 1–4 July 2026 in Ballenstedt, Harz. Organisers expect around 25,000 attendees, with tickets sold out; day tickets start at €90 and three‑day passes at €190. The line‑up features over 40 acts spanning power, symphonic and death metal, including Kreator, Helloween, Doro, and Avatar.
Deichbrand 2026 opened on 16 July at the Cuxhaven/Nordholz sea‑airfield, drawing roughly 60,000 festival fans. All‑day tickets were sold out before the start. Performances include Beatsteaks, Scooter, No Angels, Electric Callboy and Jet, covering genres from punk and pop to techno and metalcore. The event runs through the weekend with multiple stages and a capacity of over 100 acts.
