German personalities Sally Özcan and Scarlett Gartmann report pregnancy complications

German baking expert Sally Özcan and equestrian Scarlett Gartmann have both shared updates regarding health challenges during their third pregnancies.

Sally Özcan announced via Instagram that she has had to cancel several appointments and reduce her workload to prioritize rest. The 38-year-old, who is expecting a son, noted that she has been overexerting herself, leading to physical discomfort that requires her to lie down frequently. She reassured followers that both she and the baby are doing well.

Scarlett Gartmann, partner of Marco Reus, disclosed that she experienced serious medical complications during her postpartum period. Approximately five weeks after giving birth to her third child, Gartmann suffered heavy bleeding caused by retained placental fragments. This necessitated two separate surgeries under general anesthesia to remove the remains. She stated that while she is now recovering well, the experience was unexpected and difficult.
