German police report multiple traffic and driving violations

Police in Germany have reported several traffic-related incidents involving speeding, driving under the influence, and unlicensed operation of vehicles.

In Langenau, two 17-year-olds were caught by a police patrol riding motorcycles at significantly excessive speeds. One individual attempted to evade officers by overtaking a vehicle in a curve. Following consultation with the public prosecutor, the riders' driver's licenses were confiscated.

In the Altenburger Land region, authorities identified a driver of a Ford Kuga with a blood alcohol level of 2.12 per mille after finding the vehicle with fresh accident damage on the B93 near Mockern. Investigations are ongoing regarding suspected drunk driving and leaving the scene of an accident. Additionally, a 16-year-old was caught operating a modified Simson S51 moped without the required driver's license due to technical alterations.

In a separate incident in Johann-Sebastian-Bach-Straße, an unidentified man allegedly ripped a license plate from a driver's vehicle after a dispute, leading to investigations for coercion and property damage.
