German ports welcome multiple cruise ships in August 2026

The luxury expedition cruise ship Scenic Eclipse II is scheduled to arrive in Hamburg on 3 August 2026, joining a series of summer events in the city.

In Kiel, three cruise vessels are set to dock on 2 August 2026: AIDAbella of AIDA Cruises, Mein Schiff Relax of TUI Cruises, and Norwegian Sun of Norwegian Cruise Line. Mein Schiff Relax will begin a ten‑day Baltic itinerary that includes stops in Gdańsk, Tallinn, Helsinki, Stockholm and Copenhagen before returning to Kiel. AIDAbella will embark on a two‑week voyage to Scotland and Iceland, featuring a total solar eclipse on 12 August 2026 visible from its route. Norwegian Sun is on a nine‑day Baltic cruise visiting Helsinki, Tallinn, Nynäshamn, Riga, Klaipėda, Gdańsk and Rostock before its Kiel stop.
