German real estate firms execute commercial acquisitions and modernizations
Meridius Capital has acquired two commercial properties in Saarland for a family office. The deal includes a car dealership along with a separate workshop and warehouse facility. Together, the properties comprise approximately 8,000 square meters of rental space situated on a total land area of about 28,000 square meters. The acquisition focuses on long-term stability through a creditworthy tenant.
In Leipzig, Schwarzat Capital GmbH is investing approximately 700,000 euros into the modernization of an existing property. The project, which has a total volume of roughly 2.2 million euros, involves technical upgrades and layout adjustments to create approximately 50 rooms for residential shared living. The company aims to add value by repurposing existing structures rather than focusing solely on new constructions.
