German Red Cross receives community support and blood donations

The German Red Cross (DRK) has received significant community support through donations and blood drives across various regions. In Neuhausen, the voter association ‘Bürger für das Biet’ donated 1,000 euros to the local DRK chapter to support emergency medical services, first aid training, and volunteer efforts.

In Mücke, a recent blood donation drive at the Anna-Weidig-Haus saw 47 participants contribute. Organizers highlighted the critical necessity of voluntary donations for medical procedures and accident recovery. Notable contributors included Tobias Fiedler, who has donated 25 times, and Hubert Lein, who has reached a milestone of 204 donations.
