German regional initiatives launch AI educational programs

Various regional initiatives in Germany are introducing educational programs focused on artificial intelligence. In Eschborn, the Café Sokr@tes of the Protestant parish is hosting a series of introductory workshops for seniors during the autumn and winter of 2026. These sessions aim to teach practical ChatGPT skills, including effective prompting, to help older participants use AI for interests such as travel, health, and culture.

In Schwandorf, a founder's breakfast organized by Regionalmanagement of the Schwandorf district and Business Forum GmbH will take place on October 23, 2026. The event focuses on how businesses can maintain visibility and competitiveness through AI. Featuring a presentation from the IHK Regensburg, the program is designed for entrepreneurs and startup founders looking to expand their networks and digital expertise.
