German Riders Shine at MiniEnduro European Cup in Hungary
German riders delivered strong results at the MiniEnduro European Cup held in Hungary despite high temperatures, demanding technical tests and dusty tracks. The squad secured multiple podium places in individual classes and the U17 national team took two third‑place finishes.
Maddox Mittag made a successful comeback after a foot fracture and seven weeks off. He said, “After seven weeks of injury break and without real preparation I came to Hungary without big sporting expectations. My goal was to stay healthy and finish both days injury‑free,” and achieved that goal.
Emil Doras also impressed, overcoming falls and health issues to claim second place twice and help the German U17 team to third overall on both days. The championship race for the European titles remains open ahead of the season‑ending final in Germany.
