German schools host French language and cultural exchange programs

Educational institutions in Germany are hosting various initiatives to promote French language learning and Franco-German cultural exchange.

At the Werner Heisenberg Gymnasium, the FranceMobil program visited seventh-grade students on October 6, 2026. The session utilized games and interactive materials to introduce students to the French language, highlighting its importance as an international working language and its utility in professional and academic contexts.

Separately, FLSH Schloss Gaibach hosted a student exchange program from Mamers, France, from October 8 to October 15, 2026. The week included classroom integration, visits to Gerolzhofen, and excursions to Rothenburg ob der Tauber. The program aimed to foster friendships and provide students with insights into German daily life and regional history.
