German shooting clubs hold seasonal award ceremonies

Local shooting clubs in Germany have concluded their recent competitions and award ceremonies.

In Ingenried, the Schützenverein Ingenried held its 2025/26 season awards. Christian Rieger was crowned the 2026 Shooting King with a score of 65.1, narrowly defeating Thomas Frühschütz by 0.1 points. Sophia Öfele was named the 2026 Youth Queen. The event also honored 20 members for their long-term commitment to the club, ranging from 15 to 50 years of membership.

In Plettenberg-Eiringhausen, the Schützenverein Eiringhausen hosted a well-attended competition specifically for children and youth marksmen. The event featured various shooting disciplines and concluded with the crowning of new youth and children's club officials.
