German summer concert series conclude in Bad Wurzach and Wissen

Various regional summer concert series in Germany have concluded their seasonal programming.

In Bad Wurzach, the Musikpavillon hosted the final Wurzacher Sommerabend featuring the rock and blues cover band Retrosonix. The band performed a repertoire ranging from 1980s classics to modern hits. The event was held as an open-air concert and was free to the public.

In Wissen, the ‘Sommer im Kulturwerk’ series ended with a performance by the band Undiscovered. The series, which began in late June, featured a variety of international artists, tribute shows, and choral music. Managing Director Dominik Weitershagen noted that the season met expectations, highlighting the success of the European Orchestra Festival and favorable weather conditions.
