German trade fairs and fire protection forums scheduled for autumn 2026

Several industry trade fairs and professional forums focusing on electrical installation and fire protection are scheduled for the autumn of 2026 in Germany.

Key events include Gedatec in Berlin from October 13–15, which has expanded its scope to include plumbing and roofing trades. Get Nord will take place in Hamburg from November 19–21, covering electrical, sanitary, heating, and air conditioning sectors. Additionally, the VdS Brandschutztage will be held in Cologne on December 2–3, featuring approximately 180 exhibitors showcasing fire protection solutions.

The Fachforum Brandschutz 2026 will also hold sessions across four locations: Berlin on October 15, Bremen on October 27, Heidelberg on November 3, and Dresden on November 5. These forums aim to address complex requirements in technical building equipment, such as smoke extraction systems, fire alarm technology, and sprinkler systems, providing solutions for planners and installers.
