German TV Chef Tim Mälzer Celebrates Two Decades on Screen
Tim Mälzer has been a staple of German television since 2003, fronting his cooking programme "Schmeckt nicht, gibt’s nicht" and later shows such as "Kitchen Impossible". Over more than 20 years he has earned multiple accolades, including two Goldene Kamera awards for Best Cooking Show and consecutive Deutscher Fernsehpreis honors for Best Factual Entertainment. The chef has also appeared as a coach and juror on the Sat. 1 casting series "The Taste" and hosted the VOX programme "Ready to beef!" in 2019. His on‑screen presence has evolved from short‑cropped hair to an undercut, and he frequently cooks with guests, including fellow chef The Duc Ngo and television host Markus Lanz.
