German wine festivals set for August 2026

The St. Pauli Winzerfest will take place on Hamburg's Spielbudenplatz from 20 to 23 August 2026. The free‑entry event features seven German winemakers—including Elfenhof, Hofgut Ebling, Edelhof Minges, Elmar Hirschen, Glock, Jakobshof, and PAU—offering a range of regional wines, food stalls and live music with acts such as Kings Of Cringe, Joan’n’the Hammers, Martin Oberleitner and The Funky Tunes.

Around the same period, several wine festivals are scheduled in Baden‑Württemberg and the Bodensee region. The Torkelfest in Bermatingen runs 8 – 10 August 2026 at the Dilger winery, featuring wine tastings, a vineyard walk and local music. On 8 August, the GenussThur winzerfest is held in Frauenfeld, Switzerland. The Bodensee towns of Nonnenhorn and Daisendorf host winzerfeste on 14 – 15 August, each presenting roughly 50 regional wines with accompanying culinary specialties and live entertainment.
