German Youth Champions Shine in Kegeln and Mountain Biking

Mia Langer and Felix Möller captured the German mixed youth title in Kegeln at the national championships held in Langenfeld, representing the KV Sontra club. Their victory secured Sontra’s third consecutive mixed title and added to the club’s haul of two senior junior titles and three runner‑up finishes.

At the same time, two mixed teams from the Gymnasium Tegernsee won the district mountain‑bike final, earning qualification for the Bavarian championships in Herrieden. The teams will compete against the best school squads in Bavaria on 9 July, aiming to continue their strong performance demonstrated in the Jachenau course.

Both achievements highlight a successful week for German youth sport, with promising performances in both traditional indoor games and outdoor cycling disciplines.
