Germany adds ultra‑cheap unlimited mobile plans and new Austrian provider Spusu

Freenet is promoting two unlimited‑data contracts for the German market. The Vodafone‑based option costs €14.99 per month and offers up to 50 Mbit/s, while the Telekom‑based plan is €24.95 per month with speeds of up to 300 Mbit/s. The Telekom deal will lose its unlimited data component after July, making it the last chance to obtain unlimited volume on that network at this price.

Handyhelden has relaunched an O2‑network package that provides 25 GB of 5G data, an all‑net flat, calls, SMS and EU‑roaming for a permanent €4.99 per month. The contract runs for two years, includes a one‑time €19.99 activation fee and limits speed to 50 Mbit/s.

Austrian carrier Spusu has entered the German market, offering contracts on the Vodafone network without activation fees or minimum terms. Plans include unlimited calls and SMS, 1,000 free minutes to EU numbers, data roll‑over, and download speeds of up to 200 Mbit/s (upload up to 75 Mbit/s). The provider emphasizes human‑operated customer service and coverage of the EU, UK and Switzerland.
