Germany agricultural training sessions announced for plant protection expertise

Agricultural professionals in Germany are preparing for mandatory plant protection expertise training sessions. These updates are required every three years to maintain legal certification for those handling or advising on plant protection products.

In Böblingen, the district office is organizing a two-hour digital training session held in the evening to accommodate professionals in trade, cooperatives, and specialized sales. The curriculum focuses on legal foundations, current developments, and practical advisory issues.

In Bavaria, the Bavarian Farmers' Association (BBV), in collaboration with several agricultural education organizations, is offering both online and in-person training sessions scheduled through early 2026. These sessions aim to help experts meet their three-year renewal requirements, with costs set at 39.00 € per participant.
