Germany has officially accused Russia of conducting hybrid attacks against its critical infrastructure. The accusation follows an attempted drone attack at Leipzig/Halle airport on August 4, where a drone carrying 600 grams of military explosives was discovered near Ukrainian cargo planes. A malfunction in the detonator prevented the device from exploding, avoiding a major catastrophe.
