Germany hosts digital transformation forums for HR and Mittelstand leaders

On 4 March, EBZ Academy in Bochum organized the 9th Forum Personal, the first fully digital edition, to discuss the integration of digitalisation and people‑orientation in HR for the housing and real‑estate sector. The seven‑hour online event attracted about 120 participants, featured ten speakers, and highlighted lifelong learning, digital tools, learning‑management systems and the role of HR in fostering curiosity and innovation.

On 13 November 2025, the Bund der Selbständigen Oberbayern‑West will hold the 9th Kamingespräch in Weilheim‑Schongau under the theme “Transformation as a leadership task.” The fireside chat targets small‑ and medium‑sized enterprises, focusing on digital and sustainable competencies. It will include a keynote by Prof. Dr. Marcel Hülsbeck and expert panels offering practical insights into change management.
