Germany hosts free ABC preschool action day for families

The Alliance for Families (Bündnis für Familie) organized a free "ABC" action day on Monday, 7 September, from 13:00 to 16:00 at the Kinderschutzbund premises on Tunnelstraße 33. The event targets children about to start first grade and their parents, offering practical help for the school transition.

Activities include a last‑minute distribution of school bags, a "Design your own sports bag" station where children can create a unique bag for physical‑education classes, and information desks on financial support for schoolchildren and healthy‑eating tips. All services are provided at no cost.

The aim is to make the move to primary school smoother and more joyful for families in the local community.
