Germany leads dressage World Championships at midway point

Germany has taken the lead halfway through the dressage World Championships in Aachen. Frederic Wandres, riding Bluetooth OLD, posted the highest score of the day at 75.963%, helping secure Germany's top position.

Great Britain currently holds second place, followed by Australia in third. Other top-ten teams include Sweden, Denmark, Portugal, Austria, the United States, Canada, and Belgium. The competition is expected to shift as high-ranking riders, including Denmark's Cathrine Laudrup-Dufour and Germany's Isabell Werth, prepare to compete.

In an interview, Wandres emphasized the importance of team effort and communication, reflecting on his growth since his 2022 championship debut.
