Germany wins 12th BMO Nations’ Cup at Spruce Meadows

Germany secured its 12th BMO Nations’ Cup title at the Spruce Meadows Masters in Calgary, Canada. The German team, consisting of Daniel Deusser, Sophie Hinners, Jörne Sprehe, and Richard Vogel, delivered a highly consistent performance to claim the $434,782 prize. Sophie Hinners was the only rider to record a double clear round.

In the Grand Prix of the CSIO, Great Britain’s Ben Maher took first place after a fast jump-off on the horse Enjeu de Griesien. Maher secured a prize of approximately 940,913 euros. The competition saw Lillie Keenan of the United States finish second, followed by Switzerland’s Steve Guerdat in third and Belgium’s Roy Van Beek in fourth.

Germany’s Richard Vogel finished in fifth place after a single fault in the jump-off.
