In Neunkirchen, the city offers five public guided tours along the historic Hüttenweg in August 2026. Guides include Jutta Schneider (classic tour on 2 August), Norbert Morawietz (technical tour on 9 August and bunker tour on 16 August), Marina Morgan (family‑friendly tour on 22 August) and a costume tour led by Alfred & Bertha on 30 August. Admission is €6 for adults and youths 14 +, free for children 13 and under.

On 8 August 2026 Brandenburg holds its fourth Day of Industrial Culture in Peitz. Former factories and workshops open to the public from 10 – 17 h, offering guided tours, workshops, readings and rides on historic trains. Highlights include presentations on the historic wire‑brick mesh at 11 h and 14 h, and a hands‑on session where visitors can plaster the mesh themselves. The event is organized by the Eisenhütten‑ und Fischereimuseum Peitz.
