Germany's NIBIRII and Isny Festivals Reveal 2026 Lineups

The NIBIRII electronic music festival will return to the Dürener Badesee from August 28‑30, 2026, expanding to a three‑day festival city with five custom stages. Over 140 international artists are scheduled, including hard‑techno acts I Hate Models, Klangkuenstler and Marlon Hoffstadt, as well as psytrance performers Neelix, Vini Vici and OGUZ. The event will involve more than 600 staff and extensive stage construction, lighting, laser and pyro effects.

The Theaterfestival Isny, held at the Baggersee near Burkwang from July 31‑August 8, 2026, opens with a double concert featuring the Berlin cult trio "Acht Eimer Hühnerherzen" and the Hamburg‑school veterans "Die Sterne". The nine‑day program combines music, circus, theater and workshops, offering 59 different activities for families and teens and a new "Demokratie & Gesellschaft" segment.

Both festivals illustrate the growing scale of Germany’s summer cultural calendar, drawing national and international audiences to regional venues.
