Germany's Pony Dressage Team Wins Gold at European Championships in Le Mans

The German pony dressage team secured the team gold medal at the Pony European Championships held in Le Mans, France, scoring 224.771 points and finishing ahead of Denmark (220.342) and Sweden (214.971). The quartet—Lilly Kasselmann on Nasdaq FH, Lilli von Helldorff on Nabucco HW, Victoria Winkmann on Peach and Leni‑Sophie Gosmann on Diamantini EA WE—delivered personal bests under the guidance of national coach Caroline Roost, who praised their preparation and harmony.

This victory marks Germany’s seventh consecutive team gold in the dressage segment of the Pony European Championships, a streak that has continued unbroken since 2020. In the same competition, Gosmann also leads the individual dressage standings, while German riders are competitive across the jumping and eventing disciplines.

The success underscores the strength of Germany’s pony‑equestrian program and its focus on technical precision, classical training, and rider‑horse partnership.
