Germán Martínez criticizes Soledad Carrizo over AI-generated Peronist imagery

Germán Martínez, the floor leader for the Unión por la Patria (UxP) bloc, has publicly criticized former legislator Soledad Carrizo for sharing an AI-generated image that depicted Peronist leaders as cockroaches.

Martínez described the content as “violent and discriminatory,” noting that while he previously respected Carrizo as a hardworking colleague in Congress, her recent actions suggest a significant change in character. Carrizo, who currently serves as a board member for the Instituto Nacional de Asociativismo y Economía Social (INAES), used the image to criticize the Peronist movement.

In her posts, Carrizo argued that various Peronist figures, including Martín Llaryora, Sergio Massa, Juan Schiaretti, and Alejandra Vigo, are “the same as always” despite attempts to present a different political image. Her comments specifically targeted the recent political convergence in Córdoba involving different sectors of the Peronist movement.
