Community cultural events held in Gerocarne and Guglionesi

Various community-focused cultural events took place in the Molise region of Italy during August.

In Gerocarne, the “Lampi di Agosto – Incontro con la Fotografia” event concluded following two days of workshops led by photographers Giuseppe Monteleone and Antonio Luzzaro. Organized by Associazione Progerocarnese2001 APS/ETS with municipal patronage, the initiative provided participants with professional photographic insights and distributed exclusive prints of the event to foster collective memory.

In Guglionesi, the “Progetto Comune” organized a series of events centered on community identity and environmental care. The program included a session with journalist and author Nicola Mastronardi regarding regional history and roots. Additionally, the “La bellezza è un progetto comune” initiative at Villa Comunale Castellara, involving the group PiùAlberi, focused on environmental responsibility and the preservation of shared green spaces through artistic workshops for children.
