Gerresheimer AG receives Gold sustainability rating and reports Goldman Sachs voting rights increase

Gerresheimer AG has received a Gold sustainability rating from EcoVadis, increasing its score from 78 in 2025 to 82 out of 100 in 2026. This achievement places the company in the top 5% of all EcoVadis-rated companies and within the top 2% of its industry. The company noted particularly strong performance in sustainable procurement, ranking in the top 1% of its sector.

Separately, The Goldman Sachs Group, Inc. has notified Gerresheimer AG that its voting rights have exceeded the 10% threshold. The notification stated that the acquisition was made in the context of ordinary course client facilitation activity rather than for strategic goals. Goldman Sachs indicated it does not intend to influence the composition of Gerresheimer’s management or supervisory boards.
