Güerrín pizzeria closed after man dies during lunch

An 82-year-old man died on Thursday while dining at the traditional Güerrín pizzeria on Corrientes Avenue in Buenos Aires. The incident occurred around 2:30 p.m. when the man experienced a medical emergency involving breathing difficulties.

Emergency services, including police and SAME medical personnel, arrived at the scene to perform cardiopulmonary resuscitation, but were unable to save his life. Following the incident, the establishment was evacuated and temporarily closed to allow for investigations and the removal of the body.
