Gerry Scotti hosts special ‘La Ruota dei Campioni’ charity event

Canale 5 is hosting a special edition of the game show ‘La Ruota dei Campioni... e delle stelle’, hosted by Gerry Scotti. The event features nine former champions of ‘La Ruota della Fortuna’ who previously won high prize amounts, competing in thematic rounds to determine a ‘Champion of Champions’.

In addition to the contestants, the musical trio Il Volo—consisting of Piero Barone, Ignazio Boschetto, and Gianluca Ginoble—will participate as special guests. The members of the group will compete on the game boards, with the highest earner gaining the chance to play ‘La Ruota delle Meraviglie’ for a potential prize of up to 300,000 euros.

The program includes a charitable component, as any winnings from the ‘La Ruota delle Meraviglie’ round will be donated to Mediafriends. These funds will support the Orchestra Giovanile Quattro Ottavi, a social project aimed at providing educational and training paths for youth facing economic hardship or social isolation.
