Gervais Center hosts children's play in Opatija

The Gervais Center in Opatija will host the theatrical production ‘The Story of a Winged Horse’ on Sunday, October 25, at 11:00 AM. Based on a story by Susan Perrow, the play follows a young girl named Angie on a journey through a magical forest to find a mythical winged horse, focusing on themes of courage, self-confidence, and friendship.

The production features young actors aged 7 to 10 from the Pygmalion theater, an organization founded by artist Lorena Žuvić and pedagogue Mateo Brajek. The play is a result of dramatic workshops conducted by the Pygmalion theater, which operates under the Srce za Volosko association.

The performance lasts 40 minutes, is performed in Croatian, and is intended for children aged four and older. Tickets are priced at 5.50 euros, with a family discount of 4 euros per ticket available for purchases of three or more.
